Exchanges & Returns

We want every piece to fit you exactly as it should. If you need a different size or wish to return your order, you may submit your request within 14 days of delivery.

Size exchanges

Your first size exchange is free of charge for orders within the European Union, provided that the request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

The complimentary exchange applies only to a different size of the same product and is available once per order, subject to availability.

The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn other than for fitting purposes, unwashed, unaltered and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size and email you the new tracking number.

Returns and refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you return your entire order, the value of the products and the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an express or special delivery service is non-refundable.

The following charges apply when returning products through our return service:

• Greece: €3

• Cyprus and the rest of the European Union: €10

The applicable return charge will be automatically deducted from your total refund.

These charges do not apply to your first complimentary size exchange or to incorrect or faulty items. In these cases, the return costs will be covered by Hearts & Wires Studio.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 2–4 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

How to request an exchange or return

Email us at info@heartsnwires.com and include:

• your order number

• whether you are requesting a size exchange or a refund

• the product and size you wish to return

We will reply with clear instructions and, where required, the appropriate return label.

Please keep your return receipt and tracking number until the process has been fully completed.

Shipping outside Greece

International orders are shipped through Eurosender.

• Cyprus: €12 for orders under €200

• Rest of the European Union: €20 for orders under €200

• Free delivery on orders over €200

Pre-order items

The same 14-day return period applies to pre-order items, beginning on the day the item is delivered.

If production is delayed beyond the revised estimated dispatch date communicated to you, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided that the item has not yet been dispatched.

Returning your parcel

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your shipping receipt until we confirm that the parcel has arrived.

A refund or exchange can be completed once the item reaches our studio and its condition has been inspected.

Gift returns

If an item purchased as a gift is returned, the refund will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method.

Alternatively, upon request, we can issue a digital gift card of equal value for a future purchase from Hearts & Wires Studio.

These terms do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in the case of an incorrect, faulty or non-conforming product.
