Returns & Exchanges Policy

Size Exchanges

Free First Size Exchange: Within the EU, your first size exchange is complimentary within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Process: Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will dispatch the new size and provide you with a fresh tracking number.

Shipping Outside Greece

International orders are shipped via Eurosender.
The shipping cost for international orders is €20.

Refunds & Returns

14-Day Window: Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

EU Return Cost: For returns within the European Union, in cases of change of mind or if the item does not fit, the return shipping cost is €10.

Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Outside of the first free size exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing: Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after our quality control inspection. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@heartsnwires.com with your order number and your request: Exchange or Refund.

You will receive clear instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Important: Please keep your return tracking number until the process is fully completed.

Pre-Order Items

The same 14-day return window applies, starting from the day you receive the item.

Cancellation: If production is delayed beyond the updated Estimated Time of Arrival, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped.

Important Notes

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items lost during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Gifts: For gift returns, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Upon request, we can issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card instead.
