Returns & Exchanges

We have good news: We offer flexible exchanges and returns to ensure your perfect fit.

 

Size Exchanges

  • Free First Exchange: Within the EU, your first size exchange is complimentary within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Process: Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will immediately dispatch the new size and provide you with a fresh tracking number.

 

Refunds

  • 14-Day Window: Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Outside of the first free size exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after our quality control inspection. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

 

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at info@heartsnwires.com with your order number and your request (Exchange or Refund).

  • You will receive clear instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

  • Important: Please keep your return tracking number until the process is fully completed.

 

Pre-Order Items

  • The same 14-day window applies, starting from the day you receive the item.

  • Cancellation: If production is delayed beyond the updated Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is shipped.

 

Important Notes

  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items lost during return transit; we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • Gifts: For gift returns, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Upon request, we can issue a store credit (digital gift card) instead.
