Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you are unsure which size is right for you, we recommend referring to our size guide and the fit notes provided on each product page. For corsets and other structured pieces, we suggest choosing your size based on your bust and waist measurements. If you would like further guidance, you are always welcome to contact us at info@heartsnwires.com before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We may be able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested update. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
I entered the wrong shipping details. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at info@heartsnwires.com with your correct shipping details. We can only amend your information if your order has not already been dispatched.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out to us.
Sizing & Fit
How do your corsets fit?
Our corsets are designed to offer structure and shape. Depending on the style, they may fit true to size or have a more sculpted fit. We always recommend checking the individual fit notes on each product page, especially for boned or non-stretch styles.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing based on your bust and waist measurements. For more structured, low-stretch pieces, sizing up may offer a more comfortable fit. If the style includes adjustable lacing, this can help fine-tune the fit.
Do you offer help with sizing before purchase?
Yes. If you are unsure, you can contact us with your bust, waist and hip measurements, along with the style you are interested in, and we will do our best to guide you.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
All in-stock orders are dispatched from Greece within 24-48 business hours. Pre-order items require additional production time, which is always stated on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Greece: 1-3 business days
Cyprus: 3-7 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
International destinations: delivery times vary depending on the country and courier

Which couriers do you use?
We work with trusted courier partners including Speedex, Box Now and DHL, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer Box Now delivery?
Yes. Box Now delivery is currently available for Greece and Cyprus only, where applicable at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
Yes, sale items may be returned, provided they meet our return conditions and are sent back within the allowed return window.
Are shipping costs refunded?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or the item arrives faulty.
How do exchanges work?
Your first size exchange is free. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@heartsnwires.com so we can guide you through the process.
What items are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. In addition, gift cards are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@heartsnwires.com and include clear photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
What about pre-orders?
If a product is marked as pre-order, the estimated production and dispatch time will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that pre-order pieces require additional time before shipping.
Products & Care
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Our pieces are handmade in Greece in small batches, with great attention given to fit, construction and detail.
How should I care for my item?
Care instructions may vary depending on the fabric and construction of each piece. We recommend checking the care information on the product page before purchasing. For most structured or delicate styles, gentle dry cleaning is recommended.
Are your corsets boned?
Many of our corset styles feature internal boning or structured construction designed to shape and support the silhouette. Please refer to each product page for the exact details of each style.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may be restocked, while others are released in limited quantities and may not return. If a product is sold out, you are welcome to contact us at info@heartsnwires.com to inquire about future availability.
