Door-to-Door (Speedex) & Box Now Lockers: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EET) are typically dispatched the same or next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Standard Shipping: €3 for orders under €100.

Partial Shipments: If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you may choose to have them shipped separately at no extra cost by selecting this option during checkout.
Box Now Lockers (Greece)

Pricing: €2 for orders under €100; Free for orders over €100.

How it works: Select your preferred locker at checkout. You will receive an SMS/email with your pickup code once delivered. Packages remain in the locker for 48–72 hours (depending on the location).
Pre-Order Items

Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches. The typical Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for dispatch is 1.5–2 weeks from the order date. We will keep you updated on any ETA changes. If production exceeds the updated ETA, you reserve the right to cancel for a full refund.
Packaging & Damage Claims

If the external packaging appears damaged upon arrival, please request to "Receive with Reservation" (παραλαβή με επιφύλαξη) from the courier. Contact us with photos of the damage on the same day.
Address Changes & Delivery Failures

Address Changes: Free of charge until the shipping label (voucher) is issued. Once dispatched, any changes must be coordinated directly with Speedex.

Failed Deliveries: Speedex will attempt redelivery or hold the package for up to 5 business days before returning it to our atelier.
International Shipping & Customs

EU Countries: Rates and options are calculated automatically at checkout.

Non-EU Countries: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
